Our first preprint!!!!!

I'm delighted to share the first preprint from our lab on post-transcriptional regulation at the VSG expression-site body in African trypanosomes.https://lnkd.in/eg5Ew68W

We identified 3 novel proteins at the ESB that negatively regulate genes co-transcribed with the active-VSG through specialised and spatially regulated RNA decay.
